This review is from: Queen Size Luna Premium Hypoallergenic 100% Waterproof Mattress Protector - 10 Year Warranty - Made In The USAI purchased 2 queen Luna mattress protectors and pillow protectors 6 months ago and wanted to post a review based on my experience.Both my daughter and I have allergies to dust mites and were told by my neighbor that Luna mattress protectors may help.One of the mattresses was 17" thick so we weren't sure how well it would fit, but it easily covered the mattress nicely.The material is very high quality and washes easily.After about a week we could actually tell a difference in our allergies from before and after we applied the mattress and pillow protectors.One added bonus of the product was when our dog had an accident on the mattress.We were amazed to discover that nothing got through the cover, which was a great relief!This mattress protector has exceeded all of my expectations and I would recommend this to anyone!

I took a chance and ordered these rails because of the previous reviewer's comments.And boy am I glad I did because it was a perfect fit and color match!And it comes with everything you need...4 metal plates, all the screws and washers and 4 support slats.The honey color matches our honey Simplicity Ellis bed and I am so thrilled that it actually fit perfectly with NO modifications.I didn't have to drill new holes!Just take your time when screwing the metal plates in because that was a bit difficult to get in at first but just screw them in just enough to get them all in before you tighten them, otherwise it's very frustrating and may not line up properly.But I am so thankful to the previous reviewer because I took a chance in ordering these rails and boy am I glad because the bed frame is beautiful.All we need is our big boy bed and box spring which is arriving tomorrow!Also, for those wondering how high the lowest setting is, it's about 8 inches off the floor...so add that to your mattress height and boxspring.And for the price, it's worth it!

They were very quick to inflate, quick to deflate, and easy to roll up to pack for the next trip.Winners... who knew?Now YOU do.Update.The review above was written during the summer.The mattresses were since stored in a covered tub in our hot Florida attic for many months until being pulled out for a Thanksgiving camping trip.Once again these mattresses held up to the teenager test.They were just as supple and fresh as the first day out of the box.I'm really happy with these and plan to use them again in another few months.

I bought this to have in Iraq since Army mattresses pretty much suck.Well this little number is really easy to inflate and very comfortable.It inflates very quickly with the included pump.The only negative thing about this is that the quick release cap can pop off when the mattress is fully inflated and happens to rub up on something like the edge of the bed frame.Not a problem if you plan on using it on the floor for camping or a flat bed with no bed frame that stands above it.It is very cheap even with the delivery fee and even arrived within 9 days all the way to Iraq!The material seems durable and so far it only seems to need a slight refill every few days, but I am a big guy and that could be the reason why it looses a little air.

Great adjunct to prescription asthma/allergy medicines, October 25, 2011 - By  SHSinChi- , and the advent of these allergy/bed bugcovers have significantly helped the patient populations that havedust mites as their trigger. I have been using similar type covers forabout 5 years now, and they have dramatically reduced the need to usemy rescue inhaler and I have been able to reduce the dose of myprescription inhaled medicine.I always recommend to my patients that they also address addresslifestyle/environmental factors in managing their asthma and allergysymptoms. In many cases, they may eliminate the need for or reduce thedosage of prescription meds they must take to manage theirasthma/alllergy symptoms. I just moved back to Chicago, and bought anew mattress, and I immediately purchased a mattress cover. I havebeen using the cover for over a week now, and am extremely happy withthe results. The cover I had used before worked well at helping myasthma symptoms, but it was very rough fabric that was noisy to sleepon, and was very hot to sleep on. The material was more vinyl like,and basically trapped heat the way a leather couch does in the summer.These newer covers have a much nicer material that is breathable anddoes not make the "crinkling" sound as you move around in bed.An interesting feature about this cover is the extra piece of fabricthat covers the zipper from the inside. My older cover did not havethis, which means that any dust mite allergens were free to pass outof the cover through the zipper. I'm not sure if this has made adifference, but it certainly makes sense.The product is very sturdily constructed, and the seams are doublereinforced. I can't speak to the bed bug function, but those of us inhealth care have for years known the benefit of these covers to thosesuffering from asthma and allergies.
